Togian Island is one of the islands included in the region Unauna Tojo, a breakaway from the Poso district of the newly created at the beginning of the year 2004. Some actions that can be done in the tourist island of Togian include: Diving & snorkelling (Kadidiri Island); Fishing, and explore the natural forests in the forest in Malenge Island, or you can visit Colo volcano on Una-una Island.
You can also visit the Bajo settlement at Kabalutan. Formed by volcanic activity, the island is covered by lush vegetation and wooded, and surrounded by coral reef formations. Coral reefs and beaches provide a place for some marine animals to live and breed, such as green turtles, etc..
